The launch of Ryzen 7000 in 2022 brought AMD EXPO into the picture. With plenty of manufacturers releasing DDR5 RAM kits it can be tricky to find the right RAM for your needs. Let’s take a look at the five best RAM options for your Ryzen 7000 CPU.

G.Skill has been the brand of choice for many overclockers and PC enthusiasts alike. I placed G.Skill at the top spot as the G.Skill Flare X5 6000MT/s 2x 16 GB kit with a CAS latency of CL30 (30-38-38 @1.35V) will set you back US$130 on Amazon. The G.Skill Flare X5 is one of the more budget-friendly AMD EXPO RAM kits that come with low CAS latency out of the box.

2. Corsair

At second place we have the Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000MT/s 2x 16 GB kit with a CAS latency of CL30 (30-36-36 @1.40V). This RAM kit could be had for US$120 on Amazon. This kit is a close contender with the G.Skill Flare X5 and will often trade blows in terms of price. You can’t go wrong with either G.Skill or Corsair.

3. Kingston

At third place we have Kingston with its Kingston FuryTM Beast DDR5 6000MT/s 2x 16 GB kit with a CAS latency of CL36 (36-38-38 @ 1.35V). This kit will set you back US$130 on Amazon. The Kingston Fury Beast also comes equipped with XMP 3.0 and is therefore one of the more versatile options out there.

4. Adata

The XPG Lancer DDR5 6000MT/s 2x16GB kit with a CAS latency of CL38 (38-38-38 @1.35V) will set you back US$140 on Amazon. This places the Lancer at fourth place as it costs more and has higher latency than the top three RAM kits.

5. Crucial

At fifth place we have Crucial and its DDR5 5600MT/s 2x 16 GB kit with a CAS latency of CL46. This kit will set you back US$122 on Amazon. When compared to the other RAM manufacturers, Crucial has a smaller range of RAM frequencies and higher out of the box latency.
