TCL announced the TCL 403 smartphone for low-budget buyers, the smartphone costs around $90 (Rs 7,390 in India) approx. In this smartphone, you get dual sim connectivity with 4G network support. The TCL 403 equips a 6.0 TFT LCD display with low resolution. The device runs on Android 12 (Go edition) OS with a clean UI. The smartphone is available in 1GB to 2GB of RAM with 32GB internal storage support, while for expand memory you also get a dedicated card slot. As for the camera, the TCL offers a single 8MP camera in this smartphone, and the company also gives a 5MP selfie camera. While for the T431Q model, the TCL 403 has a 5MP front camera and a 2MP selfie lens. As for price point, you get a Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery without any fast charging support. The TCL 403 Smartphone also supports WI-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, a 3.5 jack, and micro USB 2.0, and available in Prime black and Mauve Mist color variants.

Imagination PowerVR GE8320: Integrated graphics card for mid-range ARM SoCs.
These graphics cards are not suited for Windows 3D games. Office and Internet surfing however is possible.
