The Sony ZV-1F compact camera for content creators has dropped to the lowest price ever on Amazon after a 30% discount. The ZV-1F is now priced at $348 on Amazon, a savings of $151.99 off the MSRP of $499.99.
The ZV-1F uses a large 1-inch Exmor RS CMOS sensor to capture videos up to 4K 30P and 20.1 MP photos. The sensor is electronically stabilized and has 425 autofocus points covering nearly the entire image area for well-focused shots even while vlogging about the city.
A sharp Zeiss Tessar T* 20 mm wide-angle lens captures groups of vloggers with ease when the camera is handheld at arm's length. The lens accepts 40.5 mm filters for creative effects and produces excellent bokeh at a wide-open aperture of f/2.0. Ten digital Creative Styles can be applied to further adjust image aspects, such as contrast, saturation, and sharpness, while the Soft Skin Effect can help creators look their best. Action videos can be slowed down 5x and sped up 60x for maximum impact.
Vloggers are easily heard because the camera includes an internal three-capsule microphone and an external wind screen that captures voices in front of the camera without wind noise. Higher-quality external microphones can be attached to the camera as well.
Vloggers can view themselves on the 3.0-inch, 921,600-dots, Xtra Fine LCD display with flip-out and swivel capabilities. Creators can take up to 540 photos or shoot up to 90 minutes of video before recharging the battery with a USB-C power source. An external battery pack can be connected to the same USB-C port to power the camera through longer work days. The camera measures 4 1/4 × 2 3/8 × 1 7/8 in. (10.8 x 6.0 x 4.8 cm) and weighs 8.1 oz. (229 g).
