As the exploding batteries saga continues, Samsung also keeps releasing new handsets in multiple markets. One of the countries that have been receiving a lot of attention lately is China, and the new Galaxy On7 smartphone is a new device that hits the local market.
Most specs and rumors of this 5.5-inch handset confirm the rumors and leaks we talked about so far. The Galaxy On7 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, next to 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage, but with a microSD slot for increased storage (up to 256 GB cards supported). The front camera has 8 MP, while the one on the back uses a 13 MP sensor.
Also featuring a fingerprint reader, the Galaxy On7 comes in black, pink, and gold. Unfortunately, it only comes with Android Marshmallow, but a Nougat update should become available soon. Its price in China is around $240 USD, and international availability still has to be confirmed.
