If you really want a 4G phone but don’t want to spend big, then the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 should be up for consideration. But for value for money, the Motorola Moto G is the best option out there. It does lack the Micro SD card slot and 4G support, but it comprehensively outperforms the Ace 3 in all other departments including the 720p HD screen and faster processor.

The Samsung Galaxy Ace line is known for the value it provides while still fitting into tighter budgets. For those who covet the flagship devices but can’t quite stretch their wallets to fit, this device has been tweaked to fit. The latest Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 S7270 is available in black or white plastic, in a design that looks almost identical to the Samsung Galaxy S4. With a 4 inch TFT multi touch screen that sports a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, and running on a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor, this device should run Android Jelly Bean v4.2 with no major problems, though minor sluggishness may slow down use due the lack of power under the hood. Unfortunately, there are other devices in the price range which could beat out both the screen and performance specs.
Storage is somewhat limited with 4 GB of internal storage, of which only 1.77 GB is available, but memory is expandable by up to 64 GB with a microSD card. The Li-Ion 1500 mAh battery is capable of a standby time of 26 days and 16 hours, or talk time of 1 hours. This is decent, but again, can be beat by other devices in this price range. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 S7270 is a decent mid-range device for those on a budget, but there are better devices to be had for the same price.
Qualcomm Adreno 305: Integrated mid-range graphics card in the Snapdragon 400 and S4 Plus SoCs that supports OpenGL ES 3.0 and features unified shaders.
These graphics cards are not suited for Windows 3D games. Office and Internet surfing however is possible.
