Bargain tablet? At an RRP of 280 Euros (~$365), the Prestigio MultiPad 10.1 Ultimate 3G causes panic amongst the 10.1-inch competition, because no other tablet of this screen size is that affordable. In addition, the Prestigio MultiPad includes a 3G/HSDPA modem as a professional feature. Our review will reveal whether the performance is adequate despite the budget price.
Prestigio Multipad 4
The Prestigio Multipad 4 7.9 inch is an Android tablet aimed at business users. Running Android 4.2 Jellybean, it will ensure a good user experience and having both 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity is perfect for the on-the-go business person; coupled with the GPS receiver, it's great to use Google Maps on. The screen is big enough to show presentations on, but not too big to hold in your hands.
Weighing at 470 g and being less than 9 mm thick, it's very friendly to smaller hands. It sports a 1.2 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM. So it's fast enough for multitasking, but don't expect to play extensive games on this machine. The internal memory is 16 GB, but it also has a micro SD slot to expand memory by 32GB, enough for all your presentations and videos.
Prestigio claims the 4700 mAh battery is capable of giving 10 hours of video playback. Don't expect the camera to be anything amazing. A 2.0 MP back camera and a 0.3 MP front camera are serviceable but could have been better. It's decently priced around what a mid-range tablet these days would demand. So if having an affordable 3G tablet is a priority, this is worth a look.

It is 20x13.7x.7cm and weights 408grams. This is an Android device that will fit in a larger pocket. It has one huge difference in that it can only be used in portrait mode as there is no way to flip the screen into landscape mode. This may or may not matter but it is certainly different.

Prestigio Multipad Ranger 7.0 3G
The Prestigio Multipad Ranger 7.0 3G is a budget range tablet that can satisfy normal tasks or act as a secondary device. From the front, the tablet has the most basic profile of any similar device. A black glossy frame holds the 7 inch IPS LCD display. The back looks a bit more exciting. The brushed metal back panel ontains the company logo.
There is a capable Snapdragon Qualcomm MSM8212 quad-core Cortex A7 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 1 GB RAM and Adreno 302 graphics chip on board of the device. Internal memory is a meagre 8 GB, but like with most modern tablets, users can add another 32 GB using microSD. The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean tablet is 3G enabled, weighs in at 320 g and has no other physical buttons besides the volume and power keys. There is a 2.0 MP rear camera and a secondary front facing VGA camera. Audio is also decent with its stereo speakers but do not expect magic from them. Powering the Prestigio Multipad Ranger 7.0 3G is a Li-Ion cell rated at 3500 mAh.

Mobile browsing. The technical specifications of the Prestigio Multipad Visconte 3 do not really differ from any other inexpensive Windows tablet, but the Prestige tries to stand out from the competition with one highlight: An integrated 3G modem.

Prestigio:
These graphics cards are not suited for Windows 3D games. Office and Internet surfing however is possible.
ARM Mali-400 MP4: OpenGL ES 2.0 GPU for ARM based SoCs with 4 fragment processors and 1 vertex processor.
PowerVR SGX544: OpenGL ES 2.0 compatible with 4 pixel and 2 vertex shaders
Qualcomm Adreno 302: Integrated graphics card in some Snapdragon 200 SoCs with 6 shaders clocked at 400 MHz.
PowerVR SGX544MP2: OpenGL ES 2.0 compatible with 8 pixel and 4 vertex shaders
Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards.
Intel HD Graphics (Bay Trail):
Integrated GPU for tablet and notebook Bay Trail SoCs. Based on the Ivy Bridge GPU with four Execution Units and support for DirectX 11.
Intel HD Graphics (Cherry Trail): Integrated graphics card in the Cherry-Trail SoCs. Based on a Broadwell GPU (Intel Gen8) and supports DirectX 11.2. Depending on the SoC offers 12 or 16 EUs.

:
RK3066: Cheap dual core SoC with two ARM Cortex A9 cores (including NEON extensions) and a ARM Mali 400MP4 GPU.
Mediatek:
MT8389:
Quad-core ARM SoC for tablets with an integrated PowerVR SGX 544 graphics card.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 200:
200 8210:
ARM Cortex-A7 dual core with a max of 1.2 GHz clock rate
Intel Atom: The Intel Atom series is a 64-Bit (not every model supports 64bit) microprocessor for cheap and small notebooks (so called netbooks), MIDs, or UMPCs. The speciality of the new architecture is the "in order" execution (instead of the usual and faster "out of order" execution). Therefore, the transistor count of the Atom series is much lower and, thus, cheaper to produce. Furthermore, the power consumption is very low. The performance per Megahertz is therfore worse than the old Pentium 3M (1,2 GHz on par with a 1.6 GHz Atom).
Z3735F: SoC with an integrated quad-core Atom processor clocked up to 1.83 GHz, an Intel HD Graphics GPU and a single channel DDR3L-RS-1333 memory controller.
Z2580: Soc with integrated dual core Atom processor clocked at 1.3 - 2 GHz (short bursts), a PowerVR SGX 544MP2 based GPU clocked at 400 MHz and a dual channel LPDDR2 memory controller.
Z3735G: SoC with an integrated quad-core Atom processor clocked up to 1.83 GHz, an Intel HD Graphics GPU and a single channel (32 bit) DDR3L-RS-1333 memory controller.
Intel Atom x5:
Z8300: Soc with an integrated quad core Atom processor clocked at 1.44 - 1.84 GHz, an Intel HD Graphics GPU and a dual channel LPDDR3-1600 memory controller.

7.00:
This display format is in the mid-range for smartphones. It offers a compromise between good visibility, details and resolution on the screen, and you can still fit it into trouser pockets.
8.00:
Large smartphones and a few small tablets are available for this display size. Unlike most smartphones, you can see more on the screen, more details and use larger resolutions. Such formats are better for people with defective vision. However, such devices are no longer easy to fit in a pocket, and they are probably not quite light either.

76.44%: This rating is not earth-shattering. This rating must actually be seen as average, since there are about as many devices with worse ratings as better ones. A purchase recommendation can only be seen with a lot of goodwill, unless it is about websites that generally rate strictly.
