Oppo's F27 Pro+ 5G features a 120 Hz FHD+ AMOLED panel, MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC, 8 GB of RAM, and up to 256 GB of storage. Currently, it's available for preorder in India only, starting at INR 27,999 (~$335).

Oppo just introduced the F27 Pro+ 5G, a new mid-range smartphone with an IP69 rating. This means it's been tested to withstand high-temperature water jets, a feature usually reserved for rugged handsets (Ulefone Power Armor 14 Pro curr. $209.99 on Amazon).

Up front is a curved AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2,412 × 1,080, 120 Hz maximum refresh rate, and 950 nits of peak brightness. It's protected by a sheet of Gorilla Glass Victus 2, with the 8-megapixel selfie camera sitting in a punch-hole cutout. On the back, there's a dual-camera system consisting of a 64-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel portrait shooter.

The phone features a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset paired with 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and either 128 GB or 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Keeping the lights on is a 5,000 mAh battery that can charge at up to 67 W. When it comes to software, the F27 Pro+ 5G ships with Oppo's ColorOS 14.0 based on Android 14, with the handset boasting Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 support.

The Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G is already available for preorder in India in two colorways — Dusk Pink and Midnight Navy. The base model with 8 GB of memory and 128 GB of storage goes for INR 27,999 (~$335), while the variant with double the storage will set buyers back INR 29,999 (~$359).
