New e-bike debuts with 120 Nm Bosch torque and electronic shifting

The Stevens E-Triton 9.9.1 is a premium e-bike designed for long-distance touring and daily commuting, combining high-grade components with modern tech. Although we have not had hands-on testing time with the model yet, its spec sheet positions it squarely in the high-end trekking segment.
Range management is a strong suit: the main 600 Wh Bosch PowerTube battery can be supplemented with a 250 Wh Bosch PowerMore range extender, bringing total capacity to 850 Wh. Despite its robust feature set, the bike tips the scales at a relatively modest 24.2 kg (53,35 lbs, excluding the range extender). Driving the setup is a high-torque Bosch Performance Line CX mid-drive motor delivering up to 120 Nm of assistance.
Equipped for full everyday utility out of the box, the E-Triton 9.9.1 comes standard with mudguards, a kickstand, and a Snap-it-compatible luggage rack with dedicated pannier stays. Drivetrain duties are handled by Shimano’s 11-speed Cues Di2 system, providing electronic derailleur shifting for precise and quiet gear changes. Stopping power is supplied by Shimano SM-RT64 hydraulic disc brakes (203 mm front / 180 mm rear), while a large Bosch Kiox 500 display handles metrics and turn-by-turn navigation.
The Stevens E-Triton 9.9.1 carries a recommended retail price of €5,999. Beyond its domestic German market, Stevens distributes its lineup across broader European regions, including the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, and Italy, via localized dealer networks.
