The new Samsung Galaxy Tab A slate has been in the rumor mill for a while and now, although it still needs to become official, a Polish online store has listed the SM-T280. Those interested can pre-order it for roughly $150 USD, with shipments expected to begin on March 8th.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A SM-TM280 is listed with low-end specs and features, as expected. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, has 1.5 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage with microSD support also available. Its 7-inch multitouch IPS display has 1,280X800 pixels, while the cameras are also in the lower part of the market, with 2 MP and 5 MP. This slate runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, is powered by a 4000 mAh battery, while the usual connectivity options are present as expected - WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS.
Considering that such an appearance online is as close to an official unveil as it gets, we will probably hear more about this tablet later this week.
