Reviews for the Motorola Moto E13

The Moto E13 is a value-for-money product for entry-level users, and there are certain areas where the phone shines brightly. This includes the display, build quality, and battery. However, being an entry-level phone, don't have high hopes in terms of processing power or camera. Motorola tries its best to stand out by offering Android 13 Go and extra features, but I feel customers in this segment wouldn't care too much about those. Nonetheless, it is good to see that brands are still working on quality 4G phones, while the race for the best 5G phone continues. If you're looking for an entry-level phone for your parents, grandparents, or even a young sibling/child, the Moto E13 is a decent buy. However, if you're an office-goer and use apps like Uber, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Gmail on a daily basis, I'd suggest extending the budget. Samsung recently launched the Samsung Galaxy F14 5G, and the phone packs some solid hardware for an introductory price of Rs 12,990. Motorola also offers good phones in the sub-Rs 15K segment.

The Moto E13 aims at getting the basics right. It has a fairly big display, an ergonomic design, and a big battery. The inclusion of dual-band Wi-Fi and a USB Type-C port at this price are a plus. The phone's performance unit is also quite good for the price, especially when other devices with the same SoC are priced higher by at least Rs. 1,000. To top it all off, you also get the latest Android 13 software, even if it is the trimmed down version. Camera performance could have been better though. For someone who wants a budget smartphone under Rs. 8,000 that does all the basic tasks and offers a clean, near-stock Android experience, the Moto E13 can be considered.

Motorola Moto E13 turns out to be a great budget 4G phone under 7K. You get a good performing phone with a decent display for everyday use. It easily lasts two days which is superb for a phone costing just 7K. On top of that, you get the latest Android 13 version and a ton of features that come along with it. That said, it has some drawbacks as well. Like the HD resolution display and no 5G support are the biggest cons. Slow charging speed and a poor selfie camera are pretty much expected at this price point. Overall, the Motorola Moto E13 is a solid budget-friendly phone for anyone who has a very limited budget and doesn’t care about 5G.

The Moto E13 could be worth considering for those looking for a stock Android smartphone in the budget segment. The handset doesn’t check all boxes but still manages to get the job done. It has a good design to begin with, followed by a solid battery life and a serviceable display. The performance and cameras could have been better, but one can’t really complain given its budget pricing. .

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.
