Moto X Pure Edition pre-orders beginning tomorrow
Details concerning Motorola's Moto X Pure Edition have been unveiled in late July and now this attractive handset can finally be pre-ordered. According to a Twitter message by Motorola Mobility, the handset that will reach the US market in a single version that will work on all major 4G LTE networks will hit Moto Maker tomorrow.
Moto X Pure Edition will be sold outside the US as Moto X Style. UK retailer Clove is already taking orders for the handset (black and white colors available) and shipments should start on September 21. Moto X Pure Edition uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC paired with 3 GB of memory and 16 GB, 32 GB, or 64 GB of internal storage, but also has a microSD slot. It has a generous 5.7-inch IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, a 5 MP front camera and a 21 MP image snapper on the back.
This pure Android handset comes loaded with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and its 3000 mAh battery promises enough autonomy for an entire day of mixed use. Details on the customization options and their prices should become available tomorrow, so stay tuned.
