87.1% Microsoft Surface Laptop Ultra RTX Spark Review - The 2000-nits Mini-LED panel is a problem | Notebookcheck
The Surface Laptop Ultra with RTX Spark is supposed to be Microsoft's best laptop. And while it is a good product, there are some disappointing aspects, especially the Mini-LED panel. It is super bright, but it suffers from ghosting and there is no local dimming.
Surface Laptop Ultra Review: Microsoft’s Bold MacBook Pro Rival Tested
Source: iTech Post English
The Microsoft Surface Laptop Ultra combines premium construction, a bright display, versatile connectivity, and powerful NVIDIA graphics. Its strongest appeal lies in local AI development, gaming, and creative applications that benefit from its specialized hardware. However, its price, software compatibility limitations, and battery life make it less suitable for every buyer.

Microsoft:

Microsoft smartphones and tablets have been tested since 2012. There are many reviews with average ratings. The reader's interest is quite given, but the market share is not big enough for the Top 5 smartphone manufacturers (as of 2016).

These graphics cards are able to play the latest and most demanding games in high resolutions and full detail settings with enabled Anti-Aliasing.

NVIDIA RTX Spark N1X 6144-Core Blackwell GPU: Mobile integrated graphics card from the Blackwell family in the N1X RTX Spark chip with 6144 cores and shared SoC memory. In games, roughly on par with a mobile RTX 5060 - 5070 Blackwell GPU.

NVIDIA :

Spark RTX N1X 20-Core: The Nvidia Spark N1X 675 is a mobile SoC with 20 ARM v9.2 cores (likely 10x AMR-Cortex-X925 at up to 4 GHz and 10x ARM Cortex-A725 at up to 2.8 GHz) and a powerful Blackwell-based iGPU with up to 6144 cores and a maximum clock speed of 2.5 GHz. The TDP can range from 45 to 80 watts (usually 80).

15.00:

15-inch display variants are the standard and are used for more than half of all laptops.

The reason for the popularity of mid-sized displays is that this size is reasonably easy on the eyes, often allows high resolutions and thus offers rich details on the screen, yet does not consume too much power and the devices can still be reasonably compact - simply the standard compromise.

» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.

87.1%: This is an above-average rating. Nevertheless, it should not be forgotten that about one fifth of all tested models receive a better rating.
