80% Lenovo Yoga C640 review: A portable laptop with long-lasting battery
Source: The Indian Express English Archive.org version
The Lenovo Yoga C640 is a great device for middle and upper management users who are on the move always. For these users the 1.35kg weight of this laptop will be a huge advantage, along with the tablet mode that makes it easy to consume content on the move. And there is literally nothing you can’t do with this device, though the 13.3-inch form factor does not make this a device that can be suggested as a desktop replacement. The convertible aspect makes this good for those who need to teach or present stuff all the time.

66% Lenovo Yoga C640 Review
Source: Think Digit English Archive.org version
Despite its middling keyboard, lazy touchpad, sub-par audio, and heavy price tag, the Lenovo Yoga C640 emerges as a satisfactory choice for buyers who want a thin and light convertible laptop with good performance, bundled stylus, and a really long battery life.

Lenovo Yoga C640 (13) review – a gap-filler that is actually very decent
Source: Laptop Media English Archive.org version
So, in the first place, we would want to mention that this laptop feels like a gap-feeling notebook. Somewhere between the Yoga 500 and Yoga 700 series. However, when we got some time with it, and of course, didn’t take into consideration the aforementioned, the Yoga C640 (13) actually does a pretty fine job. And has a great keyboard too.

Lenovo Yoga C640 initial review: All about 4G connectivity
Source: Pocket Lint English Archive.org version
The Lenovo Yoga C640 is all about 4G LTE connectivity. It's a sensible balance of size and weight, thanks to the 13-inch screen footprint, while the 360-degree hinge provides additional flexibility to use-cases. There might not be the fancy hinge of the top-end C940 model, but with strong specs, purported strong battery life, and a solid design, there's a lot to appeal if you're in the market for an always-connected laptop.

Lenovo Yoga C640: Abandoning Windows on ARM
Source: On MSFT English Archive.org version
At roughly $750 bucks, the Lenovo C640 is a great mid-ranger posing as flagship and would be a steal for anyone looking to replace their currently aging home office. With an FHD or 4K touch display, all-day battery life and modern specs that include Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 5 connectivity, and USB-C ports as well as and 10th Gen quad-core Intel-powered chip, the Lenovo C640 is a buy if you can get your hands on one.

Lenovo Yoga C640 review: The battery life blows us away
Source: Good Gear Guide English Archive.org version
This Best Buy-exclusive version of the Lenovo Yoga C640-13IML may be saddled with a dual-core i3 processor and cramped storage, but it’s blessed with stellar battery life. While it may drag its heels when it comes to multi-core tasks, it cruises right along during everyday computing activities. We’re also happy with its reasonably bright screen and Atmos-enabled speakers. We'd say this is a good choice for budget users who stick to basic productivity tasks. The long battery life makes it a particularly good choice for students spending the day on campus, or a gig worker hopping from a cafe to a lobby sofa to a commuter train (pandemic permitting).

65% Lenovo Yoga C640 review: Hard to recommend, but not for the reason you'd think
Source: Neowin English Archive.org version
Don't get me wrong; the Lenovo Yoga C640 is a solid convertible and offers a lot of value at its $599 starting price point. But again, it just seems to me that there are better options for that price on the market, and some of those options even come from Lenovo. Like I said, the Flex 5 that I'll be reviewing next has a much more powerful AMD Ryzen 5 4500U processor, it actually comes with the pen, and more.

Lenovo Yoga C640 unboxing and first impressions
Source: Neowin English Archive.org version
Announced at IFA 2019, Lenovo's Yoga C640 is the entry level to the company's Yoga lineup. The model that the company sent me costs $599, which isn't bad for a 13.3-inch convertible PC with pen support.

80% Lenovo Yoga C640
Source: PC Mag English Archive.org version
Overall, the Yoga C640 is a well-priced 2-in-1 convertible whose nifty features, like an integrated webcam privacy filter, are nice to have. Perhaps its signature feature is remarkable battery life, which will appeal to buyers who plan to spend a lot of time away from a power outlet.

Lenovo: Lenovo ("Le" from English legend, novo (Latin) for new) was founded in 1984 as a Chinese computer trading company. As of 2004, the company was the largest laptop manufacturer in China and, after acquiring IBM's PC division in 2005, the fourth largest in the world. In addition to desktops and notebooks, the company manufactures monitors, projectors, servers, etc, and specializes in developing, manufacturing and marketing consumer electronics, personal computers, software, enterprise solutions and related services.

In 2016, the company ranked first in the world in computer sales. It still held it in 2023 with about 23% global market share. Important product lines are Thinkpad, Legion and Ideapad.

In 2011, it acquired a majority stake in Medion AG, a European computer hardware manufacturer. In 2014, Motorola Mobility was purchased, which gave Lenovo a boost in the smartphone market.

74.2%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
