Reviews for the Infinix GT 20 Pro

Overall, the smartphone comes with its compromises. It features a unique design, interesting LED lighting, solid hardware, good performance, an excellent display, comfortable gaming experience, and fast charging support. On the downside, it has less impressive cameras, and the back cover collects fingerprints, dust, and lint. There’s also no 3.5 mm headphone jack. However, considering the advantages mentioned and the fact that this is a gaming device priced just over $350, these drawbacks seem relatively minor. The price is another strong point for the Infinix GT 20 Pro. As main competitors, we can mention the Redmi K60 and Xiaomi 13T.

Alright everyone, time for the moment of truth and I would like to answer 2 questions here, is the Infinix GT 20 Pro a good phone for the price, and should you buy it? Well, the answer is yes, it brings a lot of competitive specs under NPR 50,000 and not in a gimmicky way either. Its performance is good, it has a unique design, good display, surprisingly nice cameras, and most of all, Infinix has really worked on the software side. So, if you are looking for a gaming phone that can also do a bit of everything else, the Infinix GT 20 Pro is a good buy in my opinion. The Infinix GT 20 Pro lives up quite well to the legacy of its predecessor the GT 10 Pro. It brings everything a gaming phone requires, a powerful chip, fast 144Hz refresh rate, superb cooling, you name it, that too at a very good pricing. Even the cameras are on the decent side. It's the best budget gaming phone for the time being!

Overall, priced at PHP15,999, the Infinix GT 20 Pro impressively handled all tested games. It excelled in esports titles without any noticeable struggles and managed to run Genshin Impact smoothly at medium settings with 60FPS, a notable feat given its price point. This makes it a top contender among budget gaming smartphones. If you’re looking for a gaming-centric smartphone on a budget, consider adding the Infinix GT 20 Pro to your list.

Is the Infinix GT 20 Pro the best performance-oriented phone you can buy today under Rs. 25,000? If you're looking for a powerful phone that can handle most games and other heavy tasks, then the answer is yes — there's really no other phone that offers the same level of CPU and display performance while gaming. The phone also comes with a clutter-free operating system that is becoming increasingly uncommon in this price segment. The phone will also get two OS upgrades, an improvement over its predecessor. Other phones available in the same price segment include the Samsung Galaxy F55 (First Impressions), Motorola Edge 50 Fusion, Nothing Phone 2a (Review), Poco X6 Pro (Review) and the OnePlus Nord CE 4 (Review). Out of these, only the Poco X6 Pro beats the Infinix GT 20 Pro on benchmark tests.

With an official price of below Php 16,000, the GT 20 Pro offers insane value as a mid-range phone if you’re after heavy gaming. Infinix was able to balance out the GT 20 Pro to give it the best possible performance for some of the most popular mobile titles like Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. It’s worth noting that the GT 20 Pro is the official phone of MPL Philippines, further bolstering its credibility as a gaming phone.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro is a mid-range smartphone designed for gamers, featuring a cool design with a customisable RGB lighting strip. It boasts a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate for an immersive visual experience. Performance is smooth for gaming, though it lacks a microSD card slot for storage expansion and an ultra-wide lens in its triple-camera system. The Infinix GT 20 Pro offers a blend of unique features tailored for gaming enthusiasts at an accessible price point. With its sleek design, boasting a futuristic aesthetic, the GT 20 Pro sets itself apart visually.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro fulfils most of the expectations you’d have from a smartphone designed for gamers. The company has made no compromises on the design, display, and performance, which matters to most of the target audience. You can expect a long battery backup, but some improvements in the charging speeds can be considered. While it’s a gaming phone and does not fully lean towards photography, you can expect a decent camera experience for Instagram uploads. If you seek a camera-focused phone, the Nothing Phone 2a or the OnePlus Nord CE4 may suit your needs. Otherwise, if reliable performance, gaming aesthetics, and an intuitive software experience matter to you, the Infinix GT 20 Pro is worth considering.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro is a good phone under Rs 25,000 and gamers should consider buying it because of its solid performance in its price range. The company bundles a third-party cooling fan as well for better heat dissipation in the box. You rarely see any other brand bundling so many accessories with a smartphone in this price range especially. The display is quite attractive for consuming content and the design is also premium. The battery life is fine, but the camera performance is not up to the mark. Essentially, the Infinix GT 20 Pro isn’t a bad phone at all. However, you will have to pick your priorities when you decide to go for it.
