HP's Discover 2014 event took place earlier this month in Las Vegas and we were able to take a closer look at the upcoming HP Pro x2 612 2-in-1 hybrid laptop. HP is targeting business users with the convertible, touting features such as a SmartCard reader, fingerprint reader, TPM, vPro, HP SecureStart, Haswell Core Y-series processors, 4G LTE modem and a Wacom digitizer.
The tablet can also be connected to HP's "power keyboard" dock giving it up to 14 hours of battery life, a number of ports (including a port compatible with EliteBook docks) and a spill-proof keyboard. A lighter, keyboard-only cover will also be made available.
HP plans on selling the HP Pro X2 612 sometime around September, but detailed specs can already be found on their Indian website.
