Fresh iPad Mini rumors bring more info like 7.85-inch screen and display from

Some fresh rumor about the mini iPad hits the market again, and hence increasing the possibilities of seeing 7inch iPad in the market

For some time we have been hearing about a mini iPad tablet which is expected to be equipped with a 7inch display. These rumors have not yet been confirmed by Apple officially however some new speculations regarding this tablet are again in the air.

These new speculations are made from various sources who have reported some news related to the 7inch tablet from Apple. NPD Display Search said that production is likely imminent for the 7.85inch tablet. Another Chinese website also reported that the smaller iPad will mainly use an IGZO display and will be manufactured by Sharp.

Another report in Bloomberg mentioned that the mini iPad will have a screen with a size between 7inch and 8inch and the screen provided will not be a Retina display. It will sport the screen which was available in earlier iPad models. This device is also expected to be offered to the consumers at a price range similar to that of Google’s 7inch Nexus tablet that is about $199.

Now as we know both Google and Microsoft are stepping into the tablet market with their Nexus and Surface tablets, it will not be very surprising to see Apple also taking some steps to hold their current position in the tablet market. Although these companies are new in the tablet business but they can prove to be a good competitor for Apple in the market.

Even in terms of applications, Google is growing its Android application store very fast. It is now almost comparable to the Apple’s App Store in the number of applications. It might be about 50,000 applications short of Apple’s App Store.
