Dospara launches the high-performance Prime Note Galleria QF780 notebook

The new laptop comes with a Full HD 17.3-inch display and a Quad-Core CPU

The Japan-based company Dospara has just introduced another powerful notebook, dubbed Prime Note Galleria QF780. In addition, this portable computer is reportedly targeted towards gaming and multimedia aficionados and has a starting price of approximately $2,970 (229,980 yen).

The QF780 model packs a second generation Sandy Bridge Intel Core i7-2860QM central processing unit that houses four cores clocked at 2.5GHz (the frequency goes up to 3.6GHz with Turbo Boost) and the integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics controller. Furthermore, Dospara’s latest powerful laptop is equipped with a Full HD widescreen display, which measures 17.3-inches in diagonal and has a native resolution of 1920-by-1080 pixels. The portable computer is based on Intel’s HM67 Express Chipset and sports the high-end NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580M GPU with 2GB of dedicated GDDR5 VRAM.

According to the company, the new Prime Note Galleria notebook comes with a 500/750GB mechanical HDD, a 128GB SSD and 16GB of internal DDR3 memory. Moreover, users will supposedly be able to stay connected by utilizing the built-in Wireless LAN and Bluetooth 3.0+HS adapters.

Other features include an HDMI interface, USB 3.0 capabilities, Blu-Ray optical drive, a multi-card reader slot and an integrated 3.0MP web camera for video conferencing. The QF780 ships with a pre-installed 64-bit copy of Microsoft’s Windows 7 Professional operating system.
