Toyota surprised many when the 2025 bZ4X debuted with a price tag $6,000 lower than the previous model. The Japanese carmaker is helping drivers save even more with a deal that makes the electric SUV its most affordable vehicle to lease.
The bZ4X XLE now leases for just $199 per month for a 36-month term. Adding the $3,999 due at signing, lessors are actually paying $310 per month. That translates to about 12 percent savings as the EV lease typically costs $42 more.
If costs have been the hurdle for going electric for you, comparing this deal with the 2025 Toyota Corolla LE might put things in a different perspective. The gas-powered sedan effectively costs $312 per month on a 36-month contract, making it $2 more expensive than the battery-powered SUV. Bear in mind that the Corolla starts at $22,325 while the latter starts at $37,070.
It is worth noting, though, that this deal includes the $12,750 TFS Lease Subvention Cash. Toyota uses the program to pass down the federal tax credit, which the bZ4X only qualifies for when leased.
Toyota will let you combine the $500 Military Rebate or $500 College Rebate with this promo, helping to knock off a bit more money.
This lease deal is available in select states in the US until August 4.
The Toyota bZ4X produces up to 214 hp. The 71.2 kWh or 72.8 kWh battery lasts up to 252 miles and charges from Low Battery Light to 80 percent in about 30 minutes. The SUV seats five, with a cargo volume of 27.7 cu. ft.
