Samsung is currently selling its premier Galaxy Chromebook only for customers with a Samsung account. Of course, users can simply create an account prior to purchasing or else the cost of the model will be $699 USD instead of $419. Be sure to select "No trade-in" so the discount can be applied.
When compared to most other Chromebooks out there, the 13.3-inch Galaxy Chromebook is notable for its high-end specifications and sleek chassis. The model offers a convertible design, attractive ultra-thin aluminum shell, a Core i5-10210U CPU, and even a 4K UHD touchscreen. In contrast, other Chromebooks in the $400 range would typically come with slower Celeron CPUs, thicker plastic designs, and a measly 768p or 1080p display.
It's worth noting that the deal is only for the older Galaxy Chromebook and not the recent Galaxy Chromebook 2 which comes with a QLED touchscreen instead of IPS and a slightly different chassis design. For most users, however, the original Galaxy Chromebook will still be a luxury system especially since it's barely 18 months old.
