Coolicool Winter sale in effect until end the of Christmas Day

November 11 is a popular Holiday amongst the youth population in China. Naturally, retailers like to jump in on the occasion with deals on certain products. In this case, Coolicool is at it again with up to 50 percent off a handful of its more popular smartphones for today only.

A notable deal is the Nokia 7 for only $170 USD. We reviewed the Nokia 7 Plus earlier this year and found the smartphone to have excellent build quality, performance, and display especially for the price. Other deals include the Bluboo S1, LeEco Le 2, and Meiigoo Note 8 for under $100 each.

While many of these Chinese-branded smartphones are very cheap, importers should be aware that the devices may lack the radio bands necessary for use on local carriers. For example, many of the aforementioned smartphones are advertised as being 4G compatible, but 4G connectivity would be limited to Asian territories only.

(December 10, 2018 update: Online retailer Coolicool has closed its Thanksgiving sale to begin its Christmas sale. The promotion throws in a free small gift for every order made this month including a a Christmas-style wristband or phone holder. Certain Christmas decorations are on sale as well including the usual selection of recognizable brands and lesser-known Chinese smartphones.)
