ASUS-Lamborghini Eee PC VX6 is now selling in the US

The Lamborghini series of laptops, based on the famous supercar brand, from the Asustek stable is well known. Each of the models in this series is co-designed by PC maker Asustek and Lamborghini. And now, yet another addition to this line-up of stylish and exclusive laptops comes in the form of the ASUS-Lamborghini Eee PC VX6.

The Eee PC VX6-PU17 is powered by the Intel Atom D525 1.83GHz dual-core CPU coupled with Nvidia Optimus switchable GPU technology that combines the Nvidia ION 2 dedicated and Intel’s integrated graphics. Also under the hood are 2GB of memory and 250GB of hard disk storage. It also features a 12.1-inch, 720p display and supports full HD 1080p video playback on an external display via HDMI. What’s more, a Bang & Olufsen Icepower sound system gives you superb audio performance too. Also come standard are features as USB 3.0 and Bluetooth 3.0, and a 1.3MP web camera. The ultraportable from ASUS runs Windows 7 Home Premium operating system and the Express Gate instant-on OS.

The VX6 comes with black (VX6-PU17-BK) or white (VX6-PU17-WT) glossy exterior options. The ASUS-Lamborghini Eee PC VX6 is currently selling in the US and for a price ranging from $661.70 to $779.00, depending on the retailer; Provantage and Amazon to name a few.
