AI wearable with 4G LTE: Plaud One can automate workflows for professionals

Plaud today unveiled the One Explorer Edition, a new AI wearable aimed at professionals. The device is designed to simplify work involving conversations, meetings and collaboration by automating workflows.
Plaud One can be worn as an earbud or used with its dedicated charging case. According to the manufacturer, it can record phone calls, meetings and other conversations, then automatically generate transcripts and summaries. This functionality is already available on other Plaud products, such as the Plaud Note Pro ($189). The device can also identify relevant information and use it to initiate follow-up actions.
Like Plaud's other devices, Plaud One is designed to capture the original context of conversations and provide a reliable foundation for AI-assisted tasks. Its distinguishing feature is an integrated eSIM with 4G LTE connectivity, allowing it to operate without a connected smartphone.
Conversations can therefore be uploaded and processed automatically in real time, even when the user's smartphone is not nearby. The resulting context layer allows the AI features to connect information from multiple conversations, prepare follow-ups, generate reports and perform actions through connected digital tools.
Price and availability
The Plaud One Explorer Edition has an MSRP of $249 and is available for preorder starting today. Explorer Edition preorder customers do not need a separate membership plan and receive $200 in Plaud credits for eligible Plaud Intelligence features and services.
Shipping is scheduled to begin in Q4. Plaud App 4.0 is also expected to launch at that time, bringing updates to all other Plaud products as well.
