Samsung MMCRE28GQDXP-MVB 256 GB (4xSSDs in RAID 0)
The 256 GB Samsung MMCRE28GQDXP-MVB appears to be a custom storage solution. Found in a few Sony Vaio laptops, the solution incorporates four 64 GB SSDs on a single board. We first tested the drive in 2011 and found the performance to be very good.
Here is our opinion on the product:

Notebook reviews with Samsung MMCRE28GQDXP-MVB 256 GB (4xSSDs in RAID 0)
Flash-giant meets color-collosus. The Z13 has four SSD-memories on board, together with 256 GB of capacity. In the Raid 0, these ensure for flow-rates which would have rotating harddrives flying the white flag of surrender. Furthermore, the impressive color space of the built-in display almost brings tears to our eyes.
