The Anker soundcore Work has been spotted at Amazon in Europe. Rumors about this portable AI voice recorder began earlier in August when a report by AnkerInsider leaked images of the device and various specifications.
Now, a listing at Amazon Germany indicates that the soundcore Work may be released in Europe in the near future. The product page suggests that the portable AI voice recorder could retail for €129.99 in this region. Listings have also been found at Amazon in the Netherlands and France, pointing to a wider rollout across the continent.
The Amazon product listing reveals more of the AI voice recorder’s features. It is said to offer a one-click start so users can quickly start recording. The listing also mentions templated summaries tailored to a range of scenarios. The detachable lavalier microphone, or lapel mic, is confirmed. Plus, it appears that the Work will offer 8 GB storage and charging via USB-C. Listed accessories include a neck chain, a magnetic ring and a USB-A to USB-C cable. Plus, it might measure 10.9 x 10.8 x 3.85 cm (~4.3 x 4.3 x 1.5 inches) and weigh 64 g (~2.3 oz).
From the earlier AnkerInsider report, we already knew that the soundcore Work would feature AI transcription and AI summarization tools, with the ability to double tap to highlight important information. Whether or not users will need a subscription to access these AI tools remains unclear. Plus, two colorways have been revealed: black and white/silver. In the US, the soundcore Work is expected to retail for $99.99, though the launch date for all markets remains unknown.
