Galaxy Unpacked | Samsung announces Galaxy Book3 Pro 14 and Galaxy Book3 Pro 16 with Intel Raptor Lake-P options and Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays

Alongside the Galaxy Book3 Ultra and Galaxy Book3 Pro 360, Samsung also introduced the Galaxy Book3 Pro 14 and Galaxy Book3 Pro 16 with Intel Raptor Lake-P and Intel Evo designs. 

Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro 14

The Galaxy Book3 Pro 14 weighs 1.17 kg and comes in three SKUs with two CPU options - the Intel Core i5-1340P and Core i9-1370P. The Core i5-1340P is available with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage, 8 GB RAM and 512 GB storage, and 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage options.

The laptop features what Samsung calls a Dynamic AMOLED 2X 2880 x 1800 display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 48 Hz to 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate, 400 nits brightness, 120% DCI-P3 coverage. 

The Galaxy Book3 Pro 14 also comes with an Island-type backlit keyboard and a 63 WHr battery. 

Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro 16

Similar to the Galaxy Book3 Pro 14, the Galaxy Book3 Pro 16 also offers the same Raptor Lake-P processors and other common specifications. The 16-inch version tips the scales at 1.56 kg and features a 16-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with exactly the same specification as that of the 14-inch SKU.

Both models are also certified for VESA ClearMR and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 along with SGS Eye Care Display certification for reduced blue light emissions.

The Galaxy Book3 Pro 16 will be available in a total of four SKUs — two Core i5-1340P ones with 8 GB/256 GB and 8 GB/512 GB memory/storage configurations and two Core i7-1360P SKUs with 16 GB/512 GB and 16 GB/1 TB configurations. The larger chassis means that the Galaxy Book3 Pro 16 offers a dedicated numpad. A 76 WHr battery powers the laptop's innards.

Unlike the Galaxy Book3 Ultra, the Galaxy Book3 Pro models do not offer discrete graphics. Both the Galaxy Book3 Pro 14 and the Galaxy Book3 Pro 16 also offer FHD webcams with studio quality mics, AKG quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos, and a fingerprint sensor.

Port selection in both variants includes 2x Thunderbolt 4, 1x USB Type-A, HDMI 1.4-out, microSD card reader, and a combo audio jack. Wi-Fi 6E with Bluetooth 5.1 take care of networking needs.

The Galaxy Book3 Pro 14 will be available in Graphite and Beige color options starting from €1,699 for the 8 GB/512 GB Core i5 version and going up to €2,099 for the Core i7 SKU with 16 GB/1 TB storage.

The Galaxy Book3 Pro 16 will also be available in Graphite and Beige colors starting from €1,799 for the 8 GB/512 GB Core i5 variant and going up to €2,199 for the Core i7 option with 16 GB/1 TB storage.
