Pricing of Acer Swift laptops with Intel Meteor Lake CPUs gets exposed
Intel Meteor Lake laptops have started leaking way ahead of the launch. So far, we got details of the laptops from Alienware, Dell, HP, and Samsung. Now, the listings of Acer laptops with Core Ultra processors have popped up.
As per the listings, the upcoming Acer Swift series will include standard 14-inch designs. These laptops will be powered by the Intel Core Ultra 7 and Core Ultra 5 CPUs. To be specific, the first config will pack the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H CPU with 16 cores and 22 threads.
The latter will sport the Intel Core Ultra 5 125H with 14 cores and 18 threads. As for the clock speeds, the higher-end model features a boost speed of up to 4.8 GHz and has 24 MB of L3 cache. On the other hand, the Core Ultra 5 125H Acer Swift laptop has a boost clock of up to 4.5 GHz and packs 18 MB of L3 cache.
Interestingly, these specifications of the upcoming Acer Swift laptops with Intel Meteor Lake CPUs have also been confirmed by Acer. The laptops are currently listed on the official German online store.
Other specs of the new Acer Swift laptops with Intel Meteor Lake processors include Intel Arc Xe-LPG graphics. As they are mainstream models, these two won’t get discrete GPUs. Also, there’s support for up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and both models boast up to 1 TB of NVMe SSD (ADATA 1 TB SSD Legend 800 curr. US$49.99 on Amazon). Regarding the display, they feature a 14-inch 2.8K OLED panel with a 90 Hz refresh rate.
And for those wondering, like the other OEMs, Acer is expected to launch the new Intel Meteor Lake laptops on the 14th of December.
