A new leak from Red Gaming Tech suggests that Nvidia's upcoming RTX 50 Super graphics cards still remain on track for a Q4 2025 launch. Previously reported by the likes of Tweaktown at the end of last month, the arrival of Nvidia's next Super refresh was initially pegged for early 2026 instead.
Now, Red Gaming Tech indicates that this refresh will retail for the same MSRPs as their corresponding GeForce RTX 50 series counterparts. Therefore, the GeForce RTX 5070 Super is slated to launch for $549 with 50% more VRAM than its non-Super-branded sibling. Other improvements over the GeForce RTX 5070, other than 18 GB of VRAM, include 2 additional Streaming Multiprocessors (SM) and a 4% higher CUDA core count boosted to 6,400.
Likewise, Nvidia is believed to be targeting $749 pricing for the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Super with 24 GB VRAM running at 30 Gbps and a 50 W higher Total Graphics Power (TGP). However, neither it nor the GeForce RTX 5080 Super are set to gain any additional SMs or CUDA cores over their non-Super rivals. Instead, Nvidia will distinguish the GeForce RTX 5080 Super from the current GeForce RTX 5080 with 24 GB VRAM running at 32 Gbps and a 15% higher TGP at 415 W.
Covered from about 2:17 minutes into the video embedded below, the alleged prices are included with the caveat that these could change before launch day. However, Red Gaming Tech notes that Nvidia is experiencing somewhat of an inventory pile-up for some less popular current SKUs, including the memory-bound GeForce RTX 5070 (curr. $548.99 on Amazon). Please see the video below for more details.
