Earlier this month, Infinix introduced a Hot 60i smartphone globally. Now, Transsion Holding’s subsidiary, Infinix, has added two new siblings into its latest Hot 60 series: the Hot 60 Pro and the Hot 60 Pro+. The company’s budget-focused Hot 60 Pro+ smartphone brings a decent set of features for the price point.
As far as the chipset is concerned, Infinix went with MediaTek's entry-level Helio G200 processor paired with 8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of internal storage with no room for storage expansion. Software-wise, it runs on Android 15-based XOS 15 out of the box. As usual, there’s no word on software support from the brand, indicating software updates may never arrive.
Advertised as the world’s slimmest 3D-curved phone, it measures just 5.8 mm (0.23 inch) in thickness and weighs around 155 grams, which is even lighter than the Galaxy S25 Edge (curr. available at $774.98 on Amazon). Infinix has outfitted a large 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED display into the Hot 60 Pro+ that delivers 1.5k resolution with a 144 Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits of peak brightness. Furthermore, the panel covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
Finished in an aluminum frame with a nanofiber back, the device retains similar camera specs from its Hot 60i model, featuring a 50 MP primary camera and unspecified auxiliary lenses. Moreover, it has a 13 MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats. A 5,160 mAh battery powers the internals and supports 45 W wired charging.
Infinix offers a total of six bold color options for the Hot 60 Pro+, including coral tides, misty violet, cyber green, sonic yellow, titanium silver, and sleek black. However, Infinix has yet to share a final retail price for the device. Right now, you can preorder the Hot 60 Pro+ in Nigeria, with shipments expected to begin on 14th July.
