Honor has now revealed more render images of the Magic V5 before its release on July 2. To recap, the company only started teasing the device a few days ago. Nonetheless, in that time it has showcased the device on four separate occasions as it looks to replace the Magic V3 (curr. $1,600 on Amazon).
This time, Honor has published a trio of images to highlight how thin the Magic V5 is. Officially, the company has not confirmed quite how thin the Magic V5 is yet. Instead, it has merely suggested that the device' will be the thinnest and lightest of its kind.
Consequently, it should come in at thinner than the Oppo Find N5, which is 8.9 mm thick when closed. Likewise, the device must be lighter than the Vivo X Fold5, which is slated to undercut the X Fold3 at less than 219 g. As usual, Honor will discount the device's camera housing its measurements. Although the company has not confirmed this yet, the Magic V5's camera housing looks about as thick as the device itself.
