Samsung's newest high-end tablets, the Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra are finally here. A series of leaks ensured there isn't much left to the imagination. Nevertheless, both tablets will serve as attractive solutions for those who need a high-end tablet.
Starting with the regular Galaxy Tab S11, you get an 11-inch (2,560 x 1,440) AMOLED panel clocked at 120 Hz. It comes with two 13 MP cameras, one at the front and the other at the back. Memory and storage configurations include 12 GB of RAM combined with 128/256/512 GB of storage. Lastly, it comes with a 8,400 mAh battery that charges at 45 Watts.
The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is essentially a larger version with an extra 13 MP camera module at the back. It features a 14-inch (2,960 x 1,848) 120 Hz AMOLED panel. Samsung even throws in an anti-reflective coating for good measure. Along with a larger 11,600 mAh battery, the storage starts at 256 GB and goes all the way up to 1 TB. Unfortunately, RAM stays constant at 12 GB across the board.
Both the Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra come with a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC. The included S-Pen does not support Bluetooth LE. On the plus side, both tablets are rated for IP68 water and dust resistance and come with an under-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth, and 5G. And yes, expandable storage is supported on both models.
The Galaxy Tab S11 5G variant starts at €1,049, while the Wi-Fi only variant costs €899. The Tab S11 Ultra starts at €1,339 (Wi-Fi only) and €1,489 (5G). They will be available for purchase immediately in two colours: Gray and Silver.
