Deal | Epic Games Store: Final free game giveaway of June 2025 now available but only for a short time
The Epic Games Store has now refreshed its free game of the week offering on PC. To recap, the storefront revealed last week that it would be giving away Sable from today at 15:00 UTC. For context, Epic Games was discounted to $0 in a one-day deal three years ago.
This week's giveaway wraps up this month's round of giveaways. As we discussed yesterday, Epic Games has also added Figment to next week's offering. Retailing for $19.99 on the platform, the storefront previously discounted Figment to $0.00 in 2020 and is available in physical form with its sequel for collectors (curr. $45 on Amazon). Nonetheless, this week's deal is worth $24.99 for gamers who have not claimed or do not already own Sable.
For reference, Sable achieves decent review averages and has been compared with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. As it stands, Sable averages 75/100 and 76/100 across OpenCritic and Metacritic, respectively.
