AMD Turion II Ultra M620

The AMD Turion II Ultra M620 is a entry-middle class Dual Core CPU by AMD for laptops. The Caspian called core should be based on the K10 architecture (maybe only partly) and therefore similar to the desktop Athlon II (which performs better at the same clock rate). The performance of the Turion M640 should be comparable to a 2.0-2.2 Ghz clocked Core 2 Duo like the P7350 (which have more Level 2 Cache) and therefore not in the high end class. The M620 features an integrated memory controller (dual channel for 400MHz DDR2).
