CheckMag | 14 iconic Casio collab watches that became instant collectibles upon launch

Classic, vanilla G-Shocks are key to the Casio scene, but over the years, the company's collaborations with multiple pop-culture brands and icons has cemented Casio's image as a brand that stays relevant by continually intersecting with fashion, music, gaming, and cultural trends. The first ever Casio collaboration watch is believed to be the 1984 G-Shock DW-5600C "Bruce Lee" limited edition. However, this was a special themed edition, not a true collab with a brand or artist. The first official Casio collab widely recognized by dedicated collectors is the 1997 G-Shock collaboration with Stussy, a streetwear brand.
Below are 14 standout partnerships, ranging from early fashion tie-ins to the latest pop-culture models. Each entry includes its launch year and original MSRP for context.
1. BAPE × G-Shock DW-6900 (2005, ~$130)
One of the first major streetwear crossovers, A Bathing Ape applied its signature camo to the DW-6900, featuring fully coated cases and straps in green or pink camo and BAPE branding on the dial. Its success paved the way for a lot of future fashion collabs.
2. Undefeated × G-Shock DWE-5600 (2025, $230)
The Casio G-Shock DWE5600UD-1 is a digital watch with a green LCD screen and a black carbon and resin casing. The Undefeated logo appears in the design multiple times, including on the red and white LED backlight. This G-Shock collab can be customized using three interchangeable resin straps that the watch ships with.
3. rag & bone × Casio Vintage Premium (2022, $180)
New York’s rag & bone celebrated its 20th anniversary with a monochrome steel-banded Casio Vintage A1000RCG-8B, drawing on the brand’s minimalist design. Available in black or silver steel, the collaboration launched with a slim profile and subtle 'rag & bone' engraving on the back.
4. PAC-MAN Collaboration (A168WEPC & F-91WPC, 2025, $99)
Celebrating PAC-MAN’s 45th anniversary in March 2025, Casio released two bio-resin digital watches featuring neon arcade graphics on the dial and strap. "WAKA WAKA" text on the clasp and band loop rounds out the whole arcade homage. Some of these watches were extremely popular upon launch, selling out in multiple locations before being restocked.
5. UNO Series (A168WEPC-7A, F-91WPC-1A, CA-53WPC-1B & ABL-100WEPC-1B, 2024, $79–$89)
This July 2024 quartet used UNO’s primary color palette across two classic digital platforms and two calculator-style models. The backlight reveals "Wild" to mimic the game’s rule-changing card, and recycled-material packaging reflects the special-edition design as well.
6. NASA Editions (GWM5610NASA4 & GW6900NASA241, 2022, $160–$180)
Released in April 2022, these solar-powered, radio-controlled models sport mission-patch logos, astronaut-orange cases, and Multiband 6 time syncing. Over the years, this collab has held up as one of the most evergreen partnerships Casio has ever gotten into. Also, the Japanese watchmaker has also collaborated with NASA on other occasions, like in 2020 and 2021.
7. KITH Rainbow (GM-6900GM-1A, 2025, $180)

In September 2018, A Bathing Ape and Kid Cudi released a pastel camo DW-6900 featuring soft pink and sky-blue highlights. Kid Cudi’s signature on the case back was another neat touch.
9. A$AP Ferg GA-110FRG-7AER (2018, $150)
Later in 2018, rapper A$AP Ferg’s first G-Shock collab used a clear amber case and neon orange backlight, which aligned with his fashion sense.

Released in August 2023, this A168WE model features a cream dial and orange LCD paired with a steel bracelet. Café Kitsuné’s fox logo appears on the dial and case back, giving the watch a refined, café-inspired look.
