Deal | 1 TB Lexar NS100 SATA SSD now 49% off on Amazon
The Lexar NS100 lineup arrived in the first month of 2020 and is available on Amazon in multiple sizes between 128 GB and 2 TB. Right now, the steepest price drop can be enjoyed by those who buy the 1 TB model, which is 49% down to the lowest price it had so far, according to the price tracking platform Camelcamelcamel. Thanks to this generous discount, this piece of hardware can be acquired for US$34.99 instead of US$67.99.
The Lexar NS100 SSD which carries the model number LNS100-1TRBNA is covered by a limited 3-year warranty and uses the SATA interface. The maximum sequential read speed achieved is 550 MB/s. The drive is schock and vibration resistant (1500G for 0.5 ms, Half Sine Wave and 10~2000Hz, 1.5mm, 20G, 1 Oct/min, 30min/axis(X,Y,Z)). In both cases, the figures are based on Lexar's internal testing and actual performance/resistance might be sligtly different in real-life use.
Those interested in a similar 2.5-inch drive with a higher capacity that still doesn't break the US$100 barrier can get the 1.92 TB NQ100 (LNQ100X1920-RNNNU) instead, which currently retails for US$87.99 without any discount involved. The 2 TB NS100, on the other hand, is available for no less than US$149.99.
