Unisoc T8100 (T760) vs Unisoc T7225 (T612) vs UNISOC T750
Unisoc T8100 (T760)
► remove from comparison
The Unisoc T8100 (previously known as the Unisoc T760) is a mid range SoC for Android based smartphones and tablets. It integrates an octa-core CPU with two clusters. Four fast ARM Cortex-A76 cores clocked at up to 2 GHz and four small ARM-Cortex-A55 cores at again up to 2 GHz for efficiency. The faster T770 SoC offers higher clocked A76 cores in comparison (up to 2.5 GHz for a single core).
One fast ARM Cortex-A76 clocked at up to 2.5 GHz, three more A76 performance cores clocked at up to 2.2 GHz and a power efficiency cluster of four ARM-Cortex-A55 cores with up to 2 GHz. The integrated memory controller supports LPDDR4/4X with up to 2133 MHz (2x 16 Bit). The integrated ISP supports two main cameras and two subsidiary cameras (up to 108 MPix). The integrated graphics card is an ARM Mali-G57 MC4 (4 cores) at up to 780 MHz.
The chip is manufactured on the modern 6nm process.
Unisoc T7225 (T612)
► remove from comparison
The Unisoc T7225 (formerly Unisoc T612) is an entry level octa core SoC with two fast ARM Cortex A75 cores at up to 1.8 GHz and six power efficient ARM Cortex A55 cores at up to 1.8 GHz. The SoC furthermore includes a LTE modem (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM), a LPDDR3-933 / LPDDR4/4X-1600 memory controller, an ARM Mali G52MP1 GPU at 614 MHz and a tri core ISP (24, 8 and 8 MPixels max). Compared to the Unisoc T610, the T7225 offers one GPU core less (G52 MC1 versus MC2).
The chip is manufactured by TSMC on 12nm FinFET process.
UNISOC T750
► remove from comparison
The Unisoc T750 (Tanggula, former Spreadtrum) is a mid range SoC for Android based smartphones and tablets. It integrates an octa-core CPU with two clusters. Two fast ARM Cortex-A76 cores clocked at up to 2 GHz and six small ARM-Cortex-A55 cores at again up to 1.8 GHz for efficiency. The faster T760 SoC offers two more A76 cores, a faster GPU and a faster memory controller.
The integrated memory controller supports LPDDR4X with up to 1866 MHz. The integrated ISP supports two main cameras (up to 64 MPix). The integrated graphics card is an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 (2 cores) at up to 680 MHz. The integrated modem supports Wi-Fi 5 WLAN, 5G (TDD+FDD CA Sub-6GHz), and Cat15DL / Cat18 UL LTE.
The chip is manufactured in the modern 6nm process.
