Initially it was rumored that Fujitsu might be working on a 7-inch tablet, but nothing has come up after that. But now it seems there’s a 10inch transparent tablet on the way that was discovered earlier this month. Rumors say this model is going to be a waterproof and even with high specifications. It might be released with LTE over in Japan on Docomo’s Xi network.
According to a pamphlet this tablet is really going to be waterproof. The tab is named as ‘Arrows Tab’. The specifications for this model include a dual core TI OMAP 4430 1.0GHz processor. The 10.1inch screen will provide a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels with a capacitive 10-point multitouch. It will be powered by Android 3.1 Honeycomb. Fujitsu will provide the transparent tab with a 1GB of RAM and storage of 16GB. For connectivity Bluetooth 2.1+ EDR, b/g/n Wi-Fi as wireless options and the Micro SIM card slot are also provided. Other specifications can be listed as GPS, 1.3MP front and 5.0MP rear cameras, micro USB, micro SD card reader and a 1-seg TV tuner.
This whole device weighs around 599gm (21.13oz) and measures 262 x 181 x 11.5mm (10.31 x 7.13 x 0.453 inches) in size.
This tablet is set to be announced by early September and may be launched by the end of the same month.
