Motorola to unveil Android Honeycomb tablet at CES
The yet-to-be released Motorola Android tablet has been much in talks lately, especially for the reason that it is going to be the first ever Android Honeycomb-based tablet. We all knew till now that the tablet would be arriving soon, but little did we know it would appear as soon as the CES 2011 in January.
A Motorola teaser video released just recently indicates that we might see the Honeycomb tablet as early as this CES. In the video, Motorola kind of takes a hit at its major contenders- the Apple iPad and the Samsung Galaxy Tab. The tablet will most likely be powered by a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 chip. Pricing and actual launch dates are yet unknown, but we can safely assume shipping to commence soon after CES. Let’s see how the first tablet-centric Android version works on the Motorola tablet, soon enough, at the CES.
