The MediaTek MT8377 is an SoC for budget Android tablets and smartphones. It is manufactured in 28 nm and offers a dual-core Cortex-A9 processor at a typical 1 - 1.2 GHz, a PowerVR SGX 531 GPU, a 3G/HSPA/Edge modem, 1080p video decoder, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and an FM radio.

The Mediatek MTK 8317T is an inexpensive SoC for Android smartphones and tablets. The SoC is both based on and recognized as the Mediatek MT6577, but with a slightly higher clock rate of 1.2 GHz. The CPU cores are based on the Cortex-A9 architecture and the chip includes a PowerVR SGX531 GPU.
