The Mediatek MTK 8317T is an inexpensive SoC for Android smartphones and tablets. The SoC is both based on and recognized as the Mediatek MT6577, but with a slightly higher clock rate of 1.2 GHz. The CPU cores are based on the Cortex-A9 architecture and the chip includes a PowerVR SGX531 GPU.

The MediaTek MT6575 is an ARM-based SoC for entry-level Android smartphones and tablets. It contains a single Cortex-A9 CPU at 1 GHz, a PowerVR SGX 531 GPU and a 3G/HSPA radio.
