Deal | Lighweight LG Gram 16 (2022) discounted by a massive 43% on BuyDig
Introduced in 2022, the LG Gram 16 (16Z90Q) is equipped with a 16-inch 16:10 IPS panel, a Core i5-1240p, 16 GB of RAM, and 512 GB of SSD storage. BuyDig now has this configuration of the LG Gram 16 on sale for an astounding U$597.99 off the list price (via slickdeals). In other words, you can now get the LG Gram 16 for only US$799 instead of US$1,397.99.
We gave the LG Gram 16 with a Core i7-1260p a solid rating of 87% in our review due to the device being super lightweight at just 1.2 Kg (2.62 lbs), elegantly designed, and with good inputs. The 16-inch 2560x1600 resolution panel is also excellent with a measured average brightness of 347 nits, 96.8% coverage of the DCI-P3, 99.9% coverage of the sRGB, and 84.6% coverage of the AdobeRGB gamut.
Although our review device came equipped with a Core i7-1260p, the Core i5-1240p on offer performs quite well and is only marginally behind the Core i7-1260p per our testing. So, it will be sufficient for the vast majority of targeted users. Our only gripe with the performance is that the machine throttles under load.
Finally, the LG Gram 16 has pretty good endurance as it lasted for around 10 hours in our Wi-Fi websurfing test.
All in all, the 2022 LG Gram 16 is a good laptop made even better thanks to the massively reduced price.
