HTC Flyer now shipping in the US

HTC’s first attempt on Tablet – the Flyer is now available and shipping in the US. It has already been released in Europe and available widely in both 16GB and 32GB variants. But the one available with Best Buy comes only with 16GB of internal storage. There is no magic pen in the box either, if you want one, be prepared to shell out an additional $79.99 in addition to the tablet price of $499.99. A screen guard comes at an additional $24.99. The items included in the box are – the tablet ofcourse with battery and user manual, micro USB cum power cable, and 3,5mm stereo headset.

The 16GB HTC Flyer sports a 7” 1024 x 600 screen, a 1.5GHz processor, Gingerbread, 16GB internal memory, 5MP back and 1.3MP front camera, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0
