Doogee Max V Pro: Robust smartphone comes with huge battery, night vision and numerous other features
Doogee is adding another model to its already extensive range of rugged smartphones with the V Max Pro. This is a model with a very large battery, namely 22,000 mAh, which can be charged with 33 watts and can also be used as a power bank. However, this comes at a cost, as the smartphone is rather thick at 26.3 millimeters and very heavy at 536 grams. IP68, IP69K and MIL-STD-810H certifications are advertised, so water, dust and drops should not pose an issue.
Doogee installs a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 as the SoC, which should not only provide adequate performance, but also support 5G connectivity. This is supported by 12 GB of RAM, while the internal storage measures 512 GB and can be expanded via a microSD card. A 6.58-inch screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz is installed and the panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7, i.e., Corning Glass Victus. The resolution of the screen is specified as 1,080 x 2,408. A main camera with a resolution of 108 MP is on board, while a night vision camera with a resolution of 5 MP is also available. Special lighting is mounted on the back, which can display different colors. Android 14 is used as the operating system.
The Doogee V Max Pro can be ordered directly from the manufacturer at a price of $589.99.
