Asus: Asus Eee PC 1015PEM Dual Core netbook is available at Newegg

The Asus Eee PC 1015PEM netbook with a 1.5GHz Intel Atom N550 dual core processor is available in the US market since over a week. Now, Newegg, the online electronic shop has the gadget in its inventory and they have set an attractive sticker price for this mini-laptop of $379.99. But the most sought after online retailer, Amazon and various others have set the price closer to $400.

There is another store, J&R, where the price of the Eee PC 1015PEM is $379.99, but only pre-orders are available at this moment.

The netbook has a screen size of 10.1-inch with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels in the display area, 1GB of RAM and storage memory of 250GB. Furthermore, the features are USB 3.0, Bluetooth 3.0, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi. The system runs Windows 7 Starter Edition. The other add-ons are 0.3MP webcam, VGA output, microphone and headphone jacks and an SDHC card slot. The model is available with a 63Whr battery.
