Apple now sues Samsung in Japan

Recently we were hearing lots of news about the patent wars across the world. Last month it was in Germany where Apple had filed a case against Samsung regarding their Galaxy Tablet. This also led to a ban of the model over Europe, but it was lifted later. later there was also one in Australia, which also caused a delayed launch of the Samsung device in Australia.

This time Apple has opened up a new front against Samsung by suing them in Japan. A case is being filed with the Tokyo District Court concerning the Galaxy S phone and its resemblance to the iPhone. This series of law war started in California in April this year where for the first time Apple accused Samsung of replicating their iPhone, with technology, style as well as the user interface.

Though until now the exact patents have not been released, but we can imagine the patents might not be very far from the earlier ones. Still you will have to wait for a while to actually be sure what is actually in the patent.
