The Apple A5x is a dual-core processor that contains two Cortex A9 cores. The A5x integrates a relative fast Quad-Core PowerVR SGX 543MP4 graphics card and is used in the third generation iPad with Retina Display.
The Samsung Exynos 4 Dual (formerly known as Exynos 4210) is a dual-core Cortex-A9 based SoC with a ARM Mali-400 MP4 graphics card. Clocked at 1.4 GHz (CPU), the 4210 was used in the Galaxy Note, Galaxy Tab 7.7 and Meizu MX. The 1.2 GHz version can be found here.
