In our in-house review, Doom: The Dark Ages was praised as a visually stunning, 20-hour campaign that brings a bold shift toward melee-heavy combat, blending parry mechanics and medieval brutality. While it may divide long-time fans of Doom Eternal’s pace, the new approach is inventive. Plus, it’s playable on Steam Deck, which makes it more accessible for on-the-go action.
