Intel recently confirmed it would show off its enterprise-centric Arc Pro GPUs at Computex. The exact date is unknown, but it will be between May 20 and May 23. Now, some new Intel GPUs have shown up on the EEC website (via @Olrak29_ on X), and one of them comes with a hefty VRAM boost. And no, there's no 'Pro' tag to be found anywhere.
In the list of GPUs, there are two instances of an Intel Arc B580 with 24 GB VRAM, called the Maxsun Intel Arc B580 iCraft 24G and its OC variant. This sits in line with an earlier rumour which stated such a model would be launched sans the Pro tag. 24 GB of VRAM is a bit overkill on an Intel Arc B580 given its anaemic BMG-G21 GPU, but it is a welcome upgrade nonetheless, especially for AI workloads.
That said, a 24 GB Arc B580 would make Intel's GPU lineup a tad complicated as it would offer more VRAM than the supposedly-not-cancelled Arc B770, which is tipped to feature 16 GB of video memory. The best part: the Arc B580 might not be the only GPU that gets a 2x VRAM boost. Even AMD has a 32 GB Radeon RX 9070 XTX lined up, but there's no word if it will be unveiled at Computex.
Of course, the above SKU could very well be a professional grade GPU with its actual name obfuscated to keep it away from prying eyes. We also see another interesting SKU on the list that was leaked off last year: the Maxsun Intel Arc B580 iCraft 12G M.2 OC. To recall, it is the B580 version that comes with two integrated M.2 NVMe SSD slots. Maxsun said it would reveal more information 'soon' but never followed up. Besides, Computex is an excellent opportunity to show off quirky new designs.
