Speculation on whether or not the addition of the fairies occult type will be the focus of the upcoming expansion has only heightened with a mysterious website teasing new details of the pack. If that weren’t enough, the clues hint that the expansion could bring much more than just fabled entities.

Sim 4 players are only a few days away from an official trailer detailing the upcoming Sims 4 expansion; however, that has not kept the Sims 4 team from dropping a plethora of clues to keep the hype train running. In a curiously novel move, the Sims 4 team has published a site giving players a sneak peek into the world they are cultivating for the upcoming expansions.

Visitors to "Somethingisgrowing.com" can explore three picturesque scenes, each of which provides a few details about the upcoming expansion. On the first page, the site details three new traits that will affect how the Sims relate to one another, hinting at a new mechanic on how the upcoming occult type may influence the Sims' environment. The second teaser leans even heavier into the nature theme by suggesting that the Sims will now be able to live outdoors without the need for necessities like a bed and a bathroom. Lastly, the name of the new world, "Innisgreen," is confirmed, along with a brief description that includes three new neighborhoods, a quiet waterfront, a grove, and a magical forest for simmers to explore.

The official trailer for the upcoming expansion is scheduled to release on June 12, but those seeking to learn as much as possible before the official reveal may find luck checking back on the site. As suggested by this latest update to the site, the Sims 4 team may drop more clues ahead of launch.
