Medion makes the kind of budget laptops you find piled high in stores like Tesco and Aldi. But, just because it's a budget brand, that doesn't mean it's shy about including higher-end parts in its laptops. The 15.6-inch Medion Akoya P6625 is a good example. The 15.6-inch Medion Akoya P6625’s balanced specification and impressively low price tag make it a great option for a family laptop.

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5165: Renamed Mobility Radeon HD 4650 with slightly higher clock speed. Therefore, no DirectX 11 support and only slightly faster than a HD 4650.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

430M:
The Core i5-430M is a middle class dual core CPU that features only 3 MB L3 Cache (compared to the I7-640M) and clocks between 2.26-2.53 GHz (Turbo Mode). Furthermore, VT-d, trusted Execution and AES features are missing in the 430M. Thanks to Hyperthreading, 4 threads can be processed simultaneously. An integrated graphics card (Intel HD Graphics with 500-733 MHz) and a DDR3 memory controller are also included in the package.
