Unlike its more flashy cousin, the MSI GT660 series, the MSI FX600 goes for a more subtle look and feel. If you've read our initial findings on the MSI FX400, then you'll be quite familiar with the physical aspects of the FX600 which is mostly positioned as a bigger 15.6-inch basic multimedia notebook. MSI's FX600 was born to be a star notebook with a unique fashion sense.

NVIDIA GeForce GT 325M: Slower clocked GeForce GT 330M middle class card and similar to the GT 230M.
Non demanding games should be playable with these graphics cards.
460M: The Core i5-460M has only 3 MB L3 Cache (compared to the I7-620M) and clocks between 2.53-2.8 GHz (Turbo Mode). Thanks to Hyperthreading, 4 threads can be processed simultaneously. An integrated graphics card (GMA HD) and a DDR3 memory controller are also included in the package.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
15-16 inch is a standard display size for laptops and offers the biggest variety of products.» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.
Usually subnotebooks, ultrabooks and quite lightweight laptops with 12-16 inch display-diagonal weigh as much.
MSI: Micro-Star International (MSI), is a Taiwan based computer hardware manufacturer since 1986 best known for desktop computer motherboards. MSI also designs and manufactures graphics cards, barebone PCs, notebook computers, networking products, servers, multimedia, consumer electronics, and storage devices. MSI, as most Taiwanese computer manufacturers, sells products on OEM/ODM basis. It also sells products worldwide based on its own brand name "MSI". The market share of laptops with the MSI brand is rather low.
80%: This rating is not convincing. The laptop is evaluated below average, this is not really a recommendation for purchase.
